The top coat didn't have the brush they told me they would send it back but unfortunately at the moment I still haven't received anything so I haven't been able to use the product yet

I didn't collect my parcel after receiving an e-mail from the brand, which unfortunately refuses to provide the MSDS sheets for the products. I would remind you that in the event of an inspection, we must provide this sheet for each product, otherwise we are liable to a fine of €1,500 per product. For our own safety, this brand is to be avoided!

Lamp heats very little. Varnish does not dry. Very very disappointed with the products I received. Would not recommend.

Very poorly packaged parcel Shameful

I found the products ineffective,for a person who washes his hands often it is not recommended because it comes off chipping like a simple nail polish,not satisfied

I didn't receive my parcel! When I contacted the company to inform them of this, I was held responsible for not having picked up my parcel, even though I had not received an e-mail to inform me that it had arrived. Nor did I receive a reminder e-mail, as is normal when a parcel is to be returned to the sender. I was asked for the details of my relay point for a second shipment, which arrived at the beginning of May. To date, still nothing! I sent an e-mail asking for a refund as I was not receiving my varnish. Again, I've had no reply. The first e-mail was sent at the beginning of April! I hope someone will take this message into account and get back to me. That would be the least they could do. Thank you

Following a technical problem I have not received any feedback from the service department following the problem report.

The product wasn't sealed properly so it arrived upside down, the nail polishes came out dry, I'm not satisfied at all.

Parcel delivered to another relay point 15 minutes drive from the one initially chosen, no further news from customer service regarding my request for compensation. It's a shame, because the products are fine, but that's not enough.

Faulty equipment and still in to speak with customer service....

In my opinion it is not worth buying it, the enamel falls off after two days and does not last at all.

Scarce products. Semipermanent lasts about a week.

Semi-permanent varnishes don't last very long, after 3 days they crumble and peel off, so I'm really disappointed with the order I placed with you.

Very bad. They do not last at all, in two days they are already flaky, they last less than a conventional enamel. Very bad purchase, not recommended at all.

Very disappointed with the top coat which does not fulfill its function at all. Once applied and lamp times respected, the top coat comes off. Test done on several people and always the same result. The same goes for the cleaner, which leaves a grainy, dull veil on the nail at the end of the application. I was able to buy the products from a competitor. As for the cotton pads, they fluff up the nail. Very very disappointed. Satisfied only with the lamp.

Unfortunately, none of the colors I ordered matched the colors and descriptions shown on the website. I bought a coral and an orangey shade of red. Instead, I received two neon-colored, rather bluish reds. -A great, great pity.

I did not receive my order. So disappointed.

I have received nail polish with solid scratches on the inside of the paint. It looks like they are bad! I will not buy again.

Very disappointed with the product. Causes skin allergies for at least 1 week after application, when in contact with parts of the neck and face. I do not recommend this product.

I'm very disappointed with my purchase 🙁 1- I bought a beginner pack, there are no instructions included. 2 - the quality of the varnishes is mediocre, they started to flake after 3 days. 3 - video on their website misleading regarding application times and remover! On the video, the varnish seems to come off very, very easily, but it doesn't!!! In order to have a longer-lasting varnish (which still flaked after 5 days, but it's better than 3), I doubled the application times they indicated. Finally, in order to remove the varnish, you not only have to file your nails beforehand, then double or even triple the application time indicated, then scrape with a tool not supplied. In short, I absolutely do not recommend this brand!

The nail polishes are very thick and take too long to dry (about 2 hours) for UV/LED.
