Easy to use and great products. I just need to learn how to use them but as a first time the nails turned out very well. I bought the starter kit and the pink color that comes with it has a thick texture so it allows it to be worked with and it runs very little. I will definitely buy the other colors.

It's been several times that I've contacted customer service regarding the non-receipt of this parcel. I wanted to give my daughter a great present, but to no avail. An inquiry was made with the carrier who closed the file that I sent to you by the way, and since then nothing... no one informs me of the progress of my case. I'm really disappointed, mainly because my daughter won't be getting her semi-permanent as planned, and I ordered well in advance so as not to have any problems. Excellent quality product, installed 10 days ago and still undamaged.
A product was missing and the company didn't respond.
2 kits ordered, only 1 received.... many exchanges of e-mails to resolve the situation, but still no receipt of the missing kit
