I didn't receive the few twin coats I ordered... they are a basic in my manicure 🙁 Also I did not receive "Aube". Sad about the ddiscontinuation of meanail. Thanks for the last order!

Delivery takes too long

Very long delivery time and no news during this time of the progress of the parcel. But the contents were fine.

The order has taken 3 weeks to arrive. This is unacceptable. I can't comment on the product yet.

Long delivery, order well completed but very disappointed with the "surprise gift" for 1€50, simple patterned stickers that can't be used by everyone, I wouldn't use them.

Order took a long time to arrive, I was charged before the parcel was sent. Two varnishes were missing from the parcel but I was still charged for them...

Lack of information about the order. Once I paid, I only received that the order had been placed but nothing else. I had to contact the company to see what had happened to my package because it did not arrive and I did not know anything about it.

The products are of decent quality but have a strong smell. The lamp doesn't heat up as indicated, and it takes several passes before you get a result.

I just gave the gift yesterday and the power cord doesn't work.

I bought a set on offer and a top coat. The package arrived on time but the top had defective packaging and so did one of the colors in the set which I found in fact dirty. They were however helpful of the refund of the shipping cost. But I will not buy from the site again. I also tried the top coat and it is not the best.

Hello, I received the package, order number 12013358 but it is broken and a piece is missing. Since it's Christmas, I understand that this can happen, but the gift is now incomplete. Please send me the missing Twin Coat part or reimburse me the difference. Thank you.

Fast delivery and attractive price, but the quality of the products has declined. The nail varnishes used to be very liquid, but now they've become very thick.

Shipping time too long

My package never arrived and I had to contact support several times for answers . Eventually I was promised a refund but as of yet it has not been done

The products received were compliant and delivered on time, but many references were missing when the order was placed.

Hello parcel received with an article missing Without even being warned beforehand I had to claim in order to obtain a refund for the product not received. Very long delay to receive the parcel and long delay to reply to my email.

The most important kit in my order was missing. I was reimbursed, but I asked for a refund of the shipping costs so that I could recommend the kit without paying 2x the shipping costs. No answer, no commercial gesture.

Hello forgot a product in my order, no commercial gesture because of this, I had to ask, and I thought as on the photo to have a thinner cap for a better hold and not a large cap.

I ordered 3 products and received 2. The packing slip and shipping emails simply stated 3 products as if they had been delivered. After I contacted them, I was told the product was no longer available. I am not okay with the whole order being handled as if everything was fine and then, without any notice, I only get 2 of the 3 products

Damage your nails!

The lamps inside the sphere don't light up! The sphere doesn't light up! I'm waiting for a replacement, so as this is an untested product, I can't give it a good rating right now.

Hello The varnishes I ordered this time are extremely pasty and thick... quite complicated to apply. Some were much too liquid at the very beginning... but now it's a bit like an old varnish. And the two batches I ordered have the same characteristics. Apart from that, all my other products are ok too and I only buy your products.

My parcel was not delivered to my home address and it was complicated to have it delivered to a relay point.

Everything arrived well, the shipment took more than 15 days and because I had to make claims for the delay, everything was ok, the only downside is that the products are super sticky and do not dry the base coat the top coat so you're many time with your hand in the lamp do not dry are very sticky otherwise everything 👍.

Varnish is difficult to apply and "slides" off the nail. Holds well for the time it's supposed to and can be easily removed when needed, but does a lot of damage to the nail plate.

Fast, good value for money

The UV lamp 5 stars The products not terrible can do better 2 stars my personal opinion. I bought other products from another brand.

The varnish comes off by itself in not even 24 hours, and doesn't harden the nail, which is what it's supposed to do. The only positive point is that the colors are quite pigmented.

Very very very difficult to remove, my nails are very damaged and I had to scratch a lot.

I would like it to arrive with less time because I paid for shipping to pick up at one point,but I picked it up after 10 days ,long time waiting.And I would like more instructions on how to remove the peel of product.

Very bad experience, package arrived very late and after several reminders, the item does not deserve the 40€ spent. At the time of payment they added a nail brush ,not requested, which you can not refuse and they still charge you.
