Quality quite variable. Usually, the material is of good quality. In the last order, all the brass rods arrived bent, usually they are straight. Trash. The composite materials are of good quality but for the wood, the quality is quite variable or the most refined pieces are reserved for professionals. Hard to know what will remain.

Two plates in my order are not great, a pair is not the same color and one broke in the middle.

Goods about as described. Except for the unusable zebu horn hollow plate (belted and too much difference in thickness from one end to the other). Disastrous delivery !!!! No delivery on scheduled day, no communication. Delivery four days later to the wrong place then delivery to the right place but goods not present despite confirmation sms!!!!

2 horn plates received are not qualitative. - Black Indian buffalo horn plates (Dimension: 160x70x6 mm) Reference: PPNBU. The color is not black but brown. - Flattened zebu horn plate from Africa. The plate is too thin, it will be difficult to use.

Clear on most items but the 3rd order in a row where I receive olive wood with no vein marked, no desire to make a handle with it, will remain in the closet ...

Well received but no explanation of how to assemble the kit. Loose parts with no plan or text. Not even a link to an online pdf. Too bad and disappointing

Batch of scrap wood purchased, one of which contains 60% unusable pieces. Unable to contact customer service to find out whether this is normal or not.

I'm a little disappointed with the lots I received. I chose a higher quality, but the inserts I received were cracked and of different quality, texture and shade. This is a serious handicap when making a handle. It's a pity for a first experience...

The color of the wood blocks is perfect, as shown in the photo, but none of the wood blocks are rectangles, there are no right angles, so there's a lot of material loss on the blocks. I'm very disappointed with the cut of the blocks.

As far as wood scraps are concerned, very few are really usable for knife handles. As far as I'm concerned, it's a useless purchase.

Product was fine, the packing was great, the post was fast. However your customer service department does not reply to emails. Your website is difficult to search through and it is not possible to delete items placed therein prior to making a purchase decision. Apart from that,Great Result.

Fine products (wood chips for cutlery), but chip pairing is not always ideal

The thickness of the plates is not correct. Half of them are 1.5mm thinner than described.

The steel bar received was twisted into the shape of the board on which it was delivered.

Good service and human contact

I placed an order with Mercorne and everything went well, I received the items very fast, in a couple of days to be more precise. Moreover, I was not satisfied with a couple of items and I requested a reimbursment which was processed very quicky as well.

I have mixed feelings about it, that's the risk when you don't see the wood you buy via internet. I ordered a block of ironwood in a large order and I asked to receive a veined one in comment, this was my only request ... Moreover, in the advertisement it was indicated that the wood was veined. In short, I received it, a totally plain block. Not a single grain... nothing. At this price... There is a minimum I find, in short I will not do anything with it and it's a shame. For the rest of the order it's ok, it depends on the pieces but I was looking forward to take ironwood, not veined at this point it's disappointing. It must be clear in the announcement. I'm not sure I'll be able to play the game again.
