Very satisfied. Already, the black seed honey is a delight. Moreover, the customer service is incredibly efficient. During my order, an error occurred: instead of the 2 × 500 g ordered and paid for, I only received 2 × 250 g. So I wrote to them and, in less than 5 minutes, they replied to me. By the time I exchanged a photo, less than an hour later, they had shipped me a new order to correct the mistake. VERY REACTIVE! Additionally, the package is very well packaged. A very professional company with excellent customer service.
