Package well received but there was a jar of capsules already opened

Hello, I paid to receive my honey in 2 days, I received it after a week, but otherwise very good product.

Unfortunately, no information regarding the use of black seed oil, the taste is not that, the products arrive without their packaging, which is really a shame because it was the first time I ordered from them.

Product arrived damaged so returning directly. Too bad

The jujube honey triggered an allergy for me, so I doubt the product, but the honey from Russia and Moringa is great

As for the Indian costus, I don't really have results, I had already tried it a few months ago on another site and I had a result for spirulina, it's a good product and the soap is a good product

Hello during my delivery I had two small issues I was missing a jar of honey and another the content was missing by a third I complained to customer service who was very responsive and sent me a note. They compensated me 5€ for the missing content all this in 72 hours.

The communication before the purchase was good. The seller answered my questions. Thank you. I received the honey by mail. The honey was wrapped in bubble wrap which was in a small box. The honey could move in the box. As a result, the lid broke slightly and the honey leaked slightly. Given the price of jujube honey from Yemen, the honey should be much better packaged. The packaging needs to be reviewed.
