The honey is excellent the small problem is the delivery, I paid for the delivery but the delivery person put the package in a parcel relay and I was at home.

Problem encountered with Ajwa dates and reported on 18/11/2025. The problem seems finally resolved on 28/01/2026 more than 2 months after the report but remains to be confirmed. It's a shame that the site was not more responsive.

I ordered 2 jars of 500 g and I was delivered 4 jars of 250 g

An item is missing from the package, due to a stock error I am waiting for the refund

Very disappointed with the amlou that I ordered 200g for 9.99€ I bought two. You changed suppliers and it’s a shame not to inform it

The honey is of mediocre quality given the texture you can clearly see that it is old honey taste-wise it does not resemble thyme honey at all while it is a strong honey in the mouth what I bought resembles more a wildflower honey very disappointed with this experience I will not renew my purchase

Rather satisfied but there could have been an effort on the packaging of the products or the cleanliness of the containers... (Coconut charcoal pot all sticky underneath) but otherwise quality products and it's rather not bad

Uneven quality of the fruits. Some very good, many others too dry or shriveled.

I order the same product every month and still no price reduction to retain the customer. It's a shame.

I would have appreciated knowing the composition of this kohl before purchase, I am surprised that the main ingredients are olive and date pits! At the same time, I have been using kohl for a very long time and I have never seen a composition of this oriental product whose country of origin is not required to provide the ingredients that make it up. I do not have enough perspective to give an opinion on the product itself which seems to meet my expectations

Out of the three jars of honey ordered, I received one that does not match my order. There was an error during the preparation of the package. But the honeys are excellent...

For the black seed oil, we don't feel it much, and the grains too, the honey doesn't show much difference between the tastes, so a bit disappointed

Why is there an expiration date knowing that honey is an imperishable food? Otherwise very good

On the site, it was not marked "food" on the bottle of black seed oil that I ordered for hair. So I don't know what its use is........ Too bad... Free shipping from €89, abused.

I received my package and I'm super happy with the pink honey. However, I had ordered jujube leaves but instead I received senna leaves. That's a shame.

Delivery times too long...

Unfortunately, the honey this time is not like the other times, it is hard and crystallized. I would like to know the reason for this as I am disappointed with this honey order, thank you.
