I ordered Costus capsules not received, I received Nigel oil instead

I received a package that did not contain my order and as compensation a simple return voucher that has not even been sent to me yet. I am still waiting for my order.

Unfortunately, I never received the order.

I ordered 4 date pastes. I only received one because there were no more in stock. I receive a date puree. I have never seen such a soft date paste. I don't even know if I will be able to use it.

The pickup point changes without asking the customer's opinion. My package was delivered to a pickup point at least 30 minutes on foot from my home. This is unacceptable.

Order of 30/10/2025 not received. The seller confirms the return of the package on 02/12/2025. Despite several reminders, no refund to date.
