Customer reviews of MiniMX

Motor received new. It starts cold, but stalls systematically once hot. Impossible to ride normally. Customer service asked me to adjust the valves. For a new motorcycle, it is absolutely not normal to have to do this type of technical intervention. It is not the customer's responsibility to correct a defect upon receipt. Moreover, despite several emails sent, customer service does not respond. No follow-up, no solution proposed to date. Very disappointed with the quality of the product. I do not recommend.

Battery autonomy largely unsatisfactory, nonexistent customer service. I advise against the experience.

Good parts and good delivery time thank you

Very satisfied with the entire purchase quick, delivery nickel and motorcycle very good for the price.

Quite happy with my purchase but disappointed with the electrical harnesses as well as the pinched fuel hose, it doesn't start with the electric start but only with the kick

Very good reliable site at reasonable prices

nothing to complain about, delivery on the announced date.. motorcycle works perfectly, very simple assembly.. check all the fastenings before first ride and break-in.. very good product... good luck to the whole team.. and thank you.

Very good. good motorcycle

Great for our kids Well packaged nothing to complain about

Disappointed by the delivery, I sent you an email

Very satisfied with my purchase and the delivery conditions

Always on top super fast shipping

Received very quickly, assembly quite easy, my son is very happy

Top notch, unbeatable delivery time for me already. 250cc 4t pro is great, slight carburetor and valve adjustment to do after first start-up. Otherwise, nothing to report, really impressed by the quality-price ratio. Excellent after-sales service (spare parts, questions, maintenance video, etc.). I totally recommend you :)

Very satisfied

Perfect

Lightning fast shipping, perfect packaging! Super shop!

Super first phone contact for inquiries with Julien to guide me on a model for my 8-year-old son and order a CRZ 125S rookie orange, great site

Part in good condition, nothing to complain about

Very satisfied with my purchase at Mini MX. Rear shock absorber for pit bike as described, good quality and easy assembly. Fast and serious shipping. I recommend

Very good fast delivery

Fast delivery but the bike certificate does not match the commercial name on the invoice, so no subsidy possible. The support responds at first but ends up with no solution, no certificate for the sold bike. €400 lost.

Almost 10 days of waiting without notifications and one of the two wheels has an aluminum hub, the spacers are different and the rear has a flower disc while the front is round like the original, I don't think I will buy from this store again.

Perfect. Fast delivery and no issues.

Quality hose, better than the original hose on my RFZ

Delivery was terrible, not the fault of minimx, but the carrier...

very good product

I am happy with this CRZ urban 28" electric bike, received quickly, and easy to assemble. I had a small issue with the pedal assembly that I mounted backwards with reverse threading. I called the seller who was very responsive and found me a solution. I tried the bike and it's really great, it feels like someone is pushing us every time we pedal, very easy on the climbs, no effort needed, it's top and powerful. The only downside would be the screen, no explanatory manual, it's not complicated either but some functions deserve explanations. The total charging time is 6 hours. I highly recommend it as there is a very big discount on the price of this magnificent powerful bike.

Super as usual, fast shipping, parts well packaged, a bit dusty for some

All ok
