Item is not working properly. Customer service is good but need to wait for response for manufacturer which may be slow. .
I am so pleased with my purchase! I live in the United States and this is the only place I’ve seen that ships the little Dutch toys (toys in the US are can’t compare to European). The shipping was quick and the toys arrived perfect and are somehow even more beautiful in person. I’m already trying to budget for another purchase for christmas!
