Beautiful design, however we are disappointed with the quality of the weaving which leaves something to be desired, the material is rough to the touch.

The coffee table is darker than the rest, some defects on the armchairs and I ordered in a lighter color but received in a darker color, disappointed!

Very practical in case of emergency

Once again after purchasing two deck chairs, a major paint defect. On the first purchase, a mere credit of €15 was proposed. On the second purchase, the backrest was replaced. Clearly, the quality is not controlled, made in China.

Site not clear so we are disappointed when it arrives!!!

One chair from my garden set is on three legs! I sent photos of this chair explaining that it was missing 1.5 cm on the fourth leg for this chair to be stable. I sincerely hope that this chair will be exchanged for me. Thank you

Very disappointed by the quality and the lack of consensus from customer service. Unacceptable given the displayed prices. Claims to be a supplier of quality products but clearly not up to par. Many defects noted (poorly tapped holes, un-drilled legs, parasol leg color not true to the image on the website...). I will not buy from Mobellia again. Just a site with low-end Chinese products. To be avoided.

Very nice garden lounge that matches the photos on the site. However, there are a few small manufacturing defects. The fabric of the covers is of low quality.

Shameful scandal... delivery scheduled for Friday, April 28 postponed to April 29... and still nothing

Okay for the living room but the cover is not suitable

The ordered products (Elba garden lounge) are very beautiful. The delivery was extremely fast (3 days) and in impeccable packaging. You need to have two people at reception because the boxes are huge. However, the welds under the elements are a bit rough and the screw threads are not always well aligned with the legs to be screwed, which prevents them from being fixed properly. One of the legs of a chair holds with three screws instead of four and another broke during tightening due to the rough weld creating a leverage point. Another defect is a slightly dented part at the base of the coffee table, which was not well covered with paint due to the relief and it is really noticeable, so a return is requested for one leg and the coffee table. Finally, the arrangement of the cushions in the box means that one of the backs is a bit deformed at the top. Even if it doesn't deserve a return, this cushion is a bit sunken compared to the others and it shows. I hesitated to give 3 and 4 stars but it remains a beautiful garden lounge. I now hope that customer service will be as responsive as the high price paid for this set to adjust my rating.

Impeccable even though it would have been nice to make table + chair packs at a fair price. Otherwise good quality to see without the time.

We live on the 11th floor. It's very complicated with your delivery company. For future orders, we should find a company that delivers to our door with an elevator, even if it means paying a supplement. We will agree on that especially for heavy and bulky products. Thank you.

Compliant with the description. Fast delivery. A defect on the table: the Mobellia plate is glued crookedly.

Extremely disappointed with this purchase. Out of 6 chairs, two arrived defective and customer service was not up to par. The first compensation proposal was 10 euros per chair because "the defects are minor" (sic for a new product at 79.90 euros) and a second with the return of the defective chairs and the delivery of new chairs. However, it was too complicated to do these two actions in one go, so I would have had to take two days off to return the chairs and receive the new ones... I am not an ultra-demanding customer but these are chairs at a high price already and not GIFI at 5 euros; we expect NEW and FAULTLESS products. This brand, a subsidiary of Eminza, wants to present itself as high-end, but it has failed in customer service, beautiful photos are no longer enough! Moreover, the chairs have miraculously increased by 10 euros. In short, move along.
