Table received quickly, item easy to assemble and meets expectations, however the Mobelia logo is slightly crooked...too bad for the image.

Satisfactory product from an aesthetic point of view but very "light" especially when fully opening the table. To see on the duration.

The final delivery depends on what is in stock. If you order a product on "pre-order", it will be delivered with the products in stock... so longer waiting times. The delivery went well in Spain, ultimately but not without difficulty... no message from the carrier and no proactive information from the Mobellia headquarters. Fortunately, we have direct contact with the carrier. The products arrive .. and what a joy! It breathes "the quality of materials" "the ease of assembly" "the protection, the packaging of the products is perfect and safe"... A downside the "made in China" ... The small hassles of delivery are largely forgotten.

Hello, I did indeed receive the order, the products are of the expected quality but there are three defects that I reported, I am waiting for a response from Mobellia to make a definitive statement.

I like the style of the table and it seems sturdy, the chairs are comfortable and light.

The Amalfi table and the 10 Murano chairs are installed. Nice result and everything looks robust. To see later in daily maintenance

Hello, The package is clean and well made, the table itself seems to be of good quality but upon closer inspection the adjustments are average, the tabletop is smaller than the frame which causes discomfort after a while. Upon unpacking the package, I discovered beads from the slide, sent an email to customer service without a response from them. Disappointed with the quality versus the price of the table

Overall okay, customer service very helpful. First received the wrong item, then defective. Shipping very slow.

I received my package within the 4-5 days announced, however it was supposed to arrive between 8 and 1 PM and it arrived at 2:30 PM. The delivery person dropped the box, to say the least, leaving the carton behind, refusing to use the pallet jack that was in the truck. Subsequently, he rolled the carton to the house without any apology. Regarding the sofa, I had to help him carry it to avoid using the pallet jack. The sofa was supposed to be delivered to the yard, but the delivery person refused to go an extra 10 meters to get to the side of the house. As for the furniture, although it was very well packaged, it is dented on the top of the backrest of one of the armchairs and the backrest of the sofa is dented. I have the impression that the table must have pressed too hard on the backrest of the sofa... This is furniture that costs a certain price, so I think we should receive flawless furniture. I will make a complaint to the after-sales service and see afterwards.

delivery delay and damaged part, how should we proceed to have the part replaced please

Beautiful quality product, arrived more than quickly (1 day). However, a small downside on the delivery without an appointment made in advance, contrary to what was indicated: this forced us to urgently revise our schedule to be able to receive the package.

The table meets our expectations, the package was perfectly wrapped (table easy to assemble). The covers were not available and you have to pay for shipping again to have them delivered (Advice: contact customer service if you are in our case).

Everything went well.. a downside on a part that is being replaced.

My order 1 round Bali table and 6 Portofino chairs. Delivery without problems, items conform to the description. But 1 chair is wobbly. Reported the defect and sent photos. No response despite several follow-ups. This is not serious at all. I do not recommend

We are happy with the table and the living room. We have a deformed cushion due to a strap that was too tight in the box... The chairs seem light to see over time.

A return of packaging should be considered. Otherwise, nothing to say about the product.

Part of the tube was delivered damaged. It looks like it has already been used. If we could get a replacement part, it would be appreciated. Best regards, Maie Daudignac

Slightly damaged furniture (wobbly armchair) certainly during transport!

Quality product in accordance with the description on the site and delivered quickly. Some scratches on one side of the table and poorly machined fixing holes that had to be redone. Very satisfied nonetheless with my purchase.

Quality to be verified over the long term.. Chic appearance but the screws for the backrests cannot all be fixed because the holes are not aligned. I would say that for the price, we expect custom work. The cushions slide, a Velcro system would have been needed to hold them. Otherwise, nice effect.

A plastic cap was missing on the top of a chair's backrest.

Beautiful design, however we are disappointed with the quality of the weaving which leaves something to be desired, the material is rough to the touch.
