Delivery on time but not at the foot of my building as announced. Parasol in good condition and in accordance with the information available on the site. Assembly and usage instructions are brief; no information, particularly on how to remove the fabric. Problem, the fabric of the parasol has two small holes which I fear will enlarge over time. I will contact customer service about this.

The garden furniture ordered was supposed to be delivered in 6 packages. I received three the day before yesterday, 2 yesterday, and for the 3rd which contains the Calvi 3-seater sofa, it is unknown... the delivery method is therefore a big problem!

Very bad customer experience regarding delivery and tracking (3 days stuck at home in total). Even though we are satisfied with the table and chairs ordered, we will not return to this site given the mediocre quality of the carrier and the after-sales service tracking from Mobellia, from whom we are still waiting for the email informing us of the rescheduling day......if you want customer feedback regarding the quality of the furniture, there are a few things that clearly need to change! (The carrier and the reliability of the online staff).
We are sorry that your delivery experience did not meet your expectations, despite your satisfaction with the quality of the table and chairs received.
After checking, your order was placed on June 3, shipped on June 4, and fully delivered on June 9, which is within the timeframes specified in our sales conditions. However, we understand your dissatisfaction, as the carrier initially announced a delivery on June 6 before postponing it to June 8 (with June 7 being a Sunday), and then delivered an incomplete order. This situation is indeed regrettable and beyond our control.
As is often the case when a package is missing from a delivery, the missing item was represented on the very next working day, which was June 9. Throughout this period, our customer service remained at your disposal and responded to your requests. Our teams also contacted the carrier several times to expedite the resolution of this situation and obtain the delivery of the missing package as soon as possible.
That is why we are somewhat surprised by your assessment of our after-sales service, which has been mobilized throughout your case to assist you and liaise with the carrier.

Hello, the table I received is very nice when opening the package on the floor; however, at almost 100kg it was impossible for us to get it onto my terrace. The delivery person even had difficulty lowering the package without dropping it. So today, a week later, the package is still on the ground floor and I cannot use my table. I regret that this weight inconvenience was not prioritized because I would have bought a lighter model.

The wrong colour corner unit was sent and the zippers on the cushion covers are not strong, one was delivered broken. Delivery was very poor - no communication from the carrier or prior notice of when it will arrive. The product itself is OK but I’m not sure it warrants the very high price. At present none of my issues have been resolved, which is concerning as I’m yet to hear back, so I cannot enjoy my furniture yet. Not a great experience so far I’m afraid

Regarding the color, we would like to clarify that the photos presented on our site are made to be as faithful and realistic as possible. However, the visuals are not contractual and several elements can influence the perception of shades: brightness, exposure to sunlight or shade, outdoor environment, but also the settings and calibration of screens (computer, phone, tablet), which can significantly alter the rendering of colors.
In the case of outdoor furniture, these visual variations can be particularly marked depending on natural lighting conditions.
To date, we have not received any feedback indicating a significant discrepancy between the color of the product received and that presented in our photos, which reassures us about the fidelity of our visuals.

Beautiful table; BUT FACTORY DEFECT!!!; Some pre-drilled holes for fixing the reinforcement crossbar under the top are reversed compared to the insert nuts provided at each table leg. Replacement of this element requested from Mobellia customer service, remains unanswered to this day, despite a response; "we can offer you the replacement of the concerned parts if necessary, as part of our service commitment". Awaiting this "commitment" in order to resume my rating

Hello The delivery person was infected but the one who assembled the furniture for me was perfect and I love my table and chairs, superb.
After asking the services which protective cover would be suitable for my furniture purchase, following the response received, I ordered the said cover. But this cover does not fit my furniture (wrong dimensions). Moreover, I have not received a response for a possible exchange.!
The surface of the table is excessively delicate for a table, especially for outdoor use. It gets damaged right away.
Unfortunately, the table could not be delivered because the glass top was damaged. The shipping company called us and reported the damage to you. Now I hope that the next delivery arrives quickly and everything is intact.

2 sun loungers and 2 covers ordered 730€ for the whole! For the price I expect high-end... Finally a poorly explained manual, finishes not always neat and had to straighten support tubes that were bent. As for the covers, they are at least 50 cm too long and impractical

The table arrived broken, with dents.
Ordered a cantilever parasol where it hangs so much thread from the seams it's indecent the finishes for such a brand! And the cover is unmanageable without a ladder!? Need a tutorial or is it a bad joke!??! Extremely perplexed and disappointed!!!

Hello, The package is clean and well made, the table itself seems to be of good quality but upon closer inspection the adjustments are average, the tabletop is smaller than the frame which causes discomfort after a while. Upon unpacking the package, I discovered beads from the slide, sent an email to customer service without a response from them. Disappointed with the quality versus the price of the table

Monte Carlo sofa superb, but the mattress arrived wrapped in blood-stained packaging. After contacting customer service, a new mattress is supposed to be sent to me. But despite my follow-ups, I still have no news. Unusual for a product promoting high quality.

I received my package within the 4-5 days announced, however it was supposed to arrive between 8 and 1 PM and it arrived at 2:30 PM. The delivery person dropped the box, to say the least, leaving the carton behind, refusing to use the pallet jack that was in the truck. Subsequently, he rolled the carton to the house without any apology. Regarding the sofa, I had to help him carry it to avoid using the pallet jack. The sofa was supposed to be delivered to the yard, but the delivery person refused to go an extra 10 meters to get to the side of the house. As for the furniture, although it was very well packaged, it is dented on the top of the backrest of one of the armchairs and the backrest of the sofa is dented. I have the impression that the table must have pressed too hard on the backrest of the sofa... This is furniture that costs a certain price, so I think we should receive flawless furniture. I will make a complaint to the after-sales service and see afterwards.

Slightly damaged furniture (wobbly armchair) certainly during transport!
The site states delivery to your home and I had the delivery at the bottom of my building. Being alone, it was very complicated to carry the very heavy packages upstairs to my apartment.
A plastic cap was missing on the top of a chair's backrest.
