However, we are a bit surprised by the one-star rating, as indicated in our sales conditions, you have the option to change your mind. The only condition is that the lounge must be returned in its original packaging (or equivalent packaging) and in good condition.

Three weeks to receive my order, after paying 50 euros for shipping, three weeks have passed since I ordered it and I still don't have the table and chairs.

Had to call the carrier and Mobellia to better organize the delivery. Once this issue was resolved, everything went well (announcement of arrival, time slot, and physical delivery)
Perfect... except for the average quality screws
Beautiful table; BUT FACTORY DEFECT!!!; Some pre-drilled holes for fixing the reinforcement crossbar under the top are reversed compared to the insert nuts provided at each table leg. Replacement of this element requested from Mobellia customer service, remains unanswered to this day, despite a response; "we can offer you the replacement of the concerned parts if necessary, as part of our service commitment". Awaiting this "commitment" in order to resume my rating
