Quality product but it's a shame the packaging isn't top-notch. During unpacking with the carrier, we noticed that several seats were a bit damaged at the top of the backs.. crushed tube caps.. The carrier took photos..
We are waiting for a response from customer service regarding a defective chair. Bad luck for our first order.

Correct products but some elements were missing to assemble them
I am very happy with my purchases but a big downside on the delivery. Packages arrived open, unpleasant delivery people. It's a shame because it spoils a bit.

Problem with the IT of the Mobellia Company, I could not order from my PC and had to wait for the problem to be resolved. Then there was a misunderstanding regarding the VAT announcement.
As explained, it was not an IT problem with our website but your postal address was simply not recognized by our system. However, we took the necessary steps as quickly as possible, taking care to ask you about the urgency of your order.
As for the VAT, we are once again sorry that you did not know it is mandatory on this type of consumer goods. That being said, no surprise since it is already included in the entirety of our selling prices and detailed in our invoices.

GOOD, BUT... beautiful set table and 6 chairs but despite perfect packaging, 3 out of 6 chairs received had defects in the paint, one of the 3 chairs had no paint at all in one spot, and the table top had some scratches. Commercial gesture granted after negotiation; mixed review;

If I only gave 3 stars out of five, it's because I thought the furniture was made in France while it comes from China according to the labels on the packaging. The Mobellia site specifies: < >
The finishes are of poor quality. Badly placed labels. Very visible welds.
The delivery people leave the package at the gate. When you are alone at home it is complicated. It would be good to offer an installation/assembly service (even for a fee) for customers who are alone or sick
We completely understand and it is an option we wish to offer to our customers.
