Good morning. I have received the order very well, I have only seen some very small dents in the aluminum. But they are there. The packages are very well protected. I also ordered the furniture covers two weeks ago and I have not received a response on when I will receive them. Can you give me more information? Regards

Despite the issues with the carrier, we finally received our garden furniture. Delivery problems are often blamed on the seller, but it's often the transport companies that mess things up...

The products meet our expectations, despite some damaged chairs during transport (packaging could be improved) the customer service was very responsive.

No problem with the table but the box arrived damaged. The impacts received during transport bent a support bar of the extension. It doesn't seem to affect the functioning of the item but it's a shame that special attention is not given to the transport of this type of product.

Very beautiful Monte Carlo sofa, impeccable quality and great comfort, easy assembly, very well thought out packaging. The only downside is the delivery; the option for delivery into the room of your choice would be appreciated. I was alone and the delivery person left it on the street and not in the lobby of my building. I had to load the sofa into the back of my car to bring it up to my building, then unpack everything to be able to bring the sofa up to my apartment... when you pay a certain price for a sofa, the delivery should match the product sold.
