The table is exactly what I needed, it's a hassle that the delivery was at street level. Carrying it up the stairs was a bit heavy.

Regarding the color, we would like to clarify that the photos presented on our site are made to be as faithful and realistic as possible. However, the visuals are not contractual and several elements can influence the perception of shades: brightness, exposure to sunlight or shade, outdoor environment, but also the settings and calibration of screens (computer, phone, tablet), which can significantly alter the rendering of colors.
In the case of outdoor furniture, these visual variations can be particularly marked depending on natural lighting conditions.
To date, we have not received any feedback indicating a significant discrepancy between the color of the product received and that presented in our photos, which reassures us about the fidelity of our visuals.
Regarding return shipping costs, these are indeed the responsibility of the customer in the case of a return for personal convenience, in accordance with our general sales conditions, accessible before order validation.

I bought an extendable Amalfi garden table. The delivery went well. The product packaging was intact. Upon unpacking, I discovered a leg, although very well protected, with a big scratch. I immediately sent an email to Mobellia who was very responsive and they sent me a new leg. The sliding part for the extensions is really practical, comfortable for my small back and makes the table efficient in the sense that people no longer have a table leg between their legs. We'll see over time for the mechanical part. In any case, very satisfied with Mobellia's customer service and the product!

Throughout the process, however, we remained in constant contact with you to keep you informed of the situation's progress. Due to the bulky nature of your order, the transport required special logistical organization, different from our usual shipments, which unfortunately caused this delay. This does not excuse the delivery delay in any way, and we fully understand your disappointment.
On the other hand, we are surprised by your comment regarding a lack of respect from our customer service. Concerned about compensating for this inconvenience, we immediately made a commercial gesture towards you, which you accepted, and which led you to renew your trust in us for a second order.
