Received a device that does not work. What do you plan to do???
Order placed on Wednesday, I paid for a delivery in 24/48H with UPS. The product arrived by colissimo on Monday. No response from customer service. It's a shame that you can't give 0.
No response, card received not in its best shape, cannot calculate a 3D rendering and overheats
Catastrophic Defective Material
Before placing the order, I had asked if the refurbished PC was compatible with Windows Inside. The response from your customer service representative was positive, so I ordered this Dell Precision T 1700 computer. In fact, since the TPM 2.0 module is not installed, there is no possibility of installing Windows Inside. Hence my disappointment.

Good overall, except for this problem concerning the computer: impossible to activate "Internet Explorer". I am currently taking steps to remedy this problem (remote intervention or return of the product).
