My daughter loves it! For now, we are using the conjugation CD and spelling. Too bad there are no speaking videos on the conjugation CD.

Reception of the product a bit long but still less than a week. The card game is just great; after reading the booklet and seeing the stories of the multiplication tables online, the game really allows you to validate the learning. My son knows all his tables, it's just magical he associates the images to know the result. I highly recommend it for children who have difficulties learning.

The delivery arrived more than a day late and I did not receive the six euros promised on their site, but I don't find that exceptional either

Ordered before Christmas, I had the pleasure of giving it to my son for the holidays. He is delighted and so am I! In one day, we learned the table of 3, this method is really great for little ones who have a visual memory and the fact of making them repeat with the questions at the end of each sequence, that's the real plus for memorization!!! Really well done, I can't wait to discover the other modules on spelling, conjugation, etc... I recommend it without hesitation!

Good result my daughter enjoys learning, however upon reflection she would have preferred a real cartoon for each table and not having to systematically return to the homepage. I recommended it to several of my friends who also adopted it. It's really great, but you can still do better... best regards

Order placed on 11/6 and in preparation since 11/8. It was supposed to arrive in 2 days... it is now 12/1 and despite the messages I have received no response. Non-existent customer service, we don't even know where to address to cancel the order. The method may be good but the customer service is worse than useless.

Response from Multimalin
Hello,
As I just indicated during our phone exchange, we respond to all emails and calls every day. As a reminder, customers can write to us at [email protected] or from the 'Contact us' page whose link is found on the homepage of the official multimalin.com site. Our phone exchange helped to understand why we had not received your messages: you had not sent an email but you had used the communication tool provided in your client area regarding the tracking of your order. We will do what is necessary with our technicians so that no bug can occur again in the future at this location. However, for a faster processing of messages, I advise sending emails directly or calling as I indicated at the beginning of this message. On behalf of the entire team, I extend our apologies and wish you an excellent day.
Best regards,
