I find the navigation easy but the transition from one module (we are currently working on multiplication tables) to another seems cumbersome, when we reach the questionnaire for each multiplication, the answer plus validation is a lot, one less step could make it smoother.

I am not at all happy with your product. The stories are very very short and sometimes of no interest at all. There are no application activities that could help the child to practice.

Response from Multimalin
Hello,
I regret that the product cannot help the child you are caring for. This method is particularly effective for all children, including dyslexic children. Moreover, many speech therapists use methods that employ the technique of memorization through mental image associations as the Multimalin method does. Have you had your child verbalize? Because language is the key for the brain to create mental images. To make them verbalize, you need to ask the child to tell the story while looking at the images and ask them to answer questions while looking at the images as well.
In any case, you have not lost money because all our products are satisfaction guaranteed or refunded. You just need to contact us using the contact form found in the footer of the homepage of the official site: https://multimalin.com/fr
We thank you for your constructive remark and indeed, even if we achieve 100% success with this version, developments are underway.
Best regards, Sophie, customer service for MultiMalin

Response from Multimalin
Hello,
We are sorry for this delivery much longer than usual.
We have had many issues with our carriers. This is independent of our will:
it is a one-time problem related to the complex period due to the pandemic (during which the order was placed).
Deliveries of your future orders will theoretically be fast.
Best regards,
Sophie, customer service for MultiMalin

I did not receive the package on time and am unable to give you an opinion on a product I do not possess. More than fifteen days is not a 'fast' service.
What impatience!

I didn't know at all.. multiplication is complicated to learn and for a dyspraxic child even more! 15 days to almost know all the tables by heart!!! It still requires some response time to imagine the scene but with repetition it will soon be an automatic process. I am delighted with this discovery and purchase. I even talked about it with her teacher.
