Hi Felix, I'm sorry the product isn't to your liking. For a next time, if you pay by Paypal, the return costs are refunded by Paypal. Concerning the delivery time, your order was placed on Friday August 10th at 11:17 am, and the package left the same day. August 15th being a holiday, you should have received the package on Thursday August 16th (the delivery time for France being 2-3 days), and not on the 17th.
