I still haven't received my order!
I tried to request an exchange instead of a return due to confusion with the color and was not given the option.
Lousy. Having them change their shipping provider would help my decision on future purchases.

Too much time fr the delivery
Disappointment with this company, I order a wetsuit that in the end is not the right size. I'm going to make the return and I have to pay for it! And not content with that I go to the post office and they ask me for the return of 10 euros! One and no more! Obviously I will not order again the next size knowing that if it does not fit I have to pay for the return! I will never order again, many surf stores on line they take care of the returns.
Bad experience with a watch that's not workin'. They don't wanna make a change of product after 2 months. Simply doens't work. And they have a comunication that's seems a lawyer with a client. I teied a lot to male a change. But they said the price was down... so they sell this broken battery watch to you go to comunicate with the assistence of Rip curl. Boo!

I bought a board, once paid I was told there was no stock. I chose another one and 10 days later I find out, because I asked, that the carrier has lost the board. Waiting for the refund now.
Equipment ordered on 22/10, supposedly delivered on 02/11 (order not processed) but never received. It's now 12/11 and still no board. Is this normal?
The service of mundo surf is very good. But the delivery service is a disaster, the worst service I have had to work with in the 15 years I have been shopping online all over the world. They should change the agency since delivery is part of the service.

The poncho Madness Coconut come with a drawing of the poncho, it's not a real picture, that's why the real product is not exactly as the drawing. We have just add a real picture of the poncho, so this should not happen again on this model.
Regarding to our staff, my colleague Nacho have answered to more than 20 emails from your part, always with education and trying to help as much as he can, but we are sorry if you are not happy with the way he solve the issue with you.

I ordered a product in one color, and it has been changed. The excuse is that the product by default shows a photo in only one color, and that it could have been changed in the cart. Of course I have to pay shipping to change it, and nobody repairs the mistake.
The body board cover was one size fits all and does not fit my 45 inch body. The web site did not specify anything. I called on Friday and I'm still waiting for them to suggest which one to exchange it for, and of course, I guess I have to pay for the expenses. A disappointment to buy on line on your website
Bad shipping
I have received the kit purchased without the labels identifying the contents of the jars, and the answer when I contacted them was to smell the contents.
I ordered two bodyboards and they only sent me one, I ask for the second one and they tell me that they will send it to me and it is a lie and when I tell them that if they don't send it to me I don't want it, they lie to me again and say that they will send it to me and it will arrive the next day, I ask for the tracking number and they don't answer my messages to their wassap, I don't think these are the way to treat anyone.
The board did not fit the size I needed, I contacted you to see if I could exchange it after testing it and got no answer.

Just shipped in 1 package for 6 surfskate. The skate deck has been scratched all of each product. Me already comment when ordering these product to wrap bubble before send it out. But staff just ignore it.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, we have packed the 6 surfskate together to save in shipping cost, as shipping is expansive to Thailand. Next time we will separate properly each skate to avoid this kind of issues,

My opinion at the moment is bad. I have been waiting more than 10 days for my order, and they don't even give you a tracking number to follow your package. At the moment I do not recommend it.
GLS did not deliver the order on time and we were unable to deliver it on Epiphany.
As of today I have not received my package and I bought it as a gift for the Three Wise Men, after speaking twice I was attended very kindly, supposedly the fault of the transport company, but my order has not arrived.

Completely disappointed by my purchase from mundo-surf, which I chose for its "real-time stock management" and 2-4 day delivery if the order was placed before I don't know what time of day. One of the products wasn't available, so the order was put on stand-by while waiting for mundo surf to contact me" problem: nobody contacted me (not even an automatic e-mail), I realized it myself 4 days later (fortunately, I could have waited a long time for my order otherwise...). So I contacted the after-sales service, which asked me for the color of the replacement fins and told me they'd leave the same day. I asked for faster delivery in compensation, and was told yes, but in the end the delivery was the same. The next day I receive an e-mail asking me to choose another color for the fin... it really feels like they're screwing with our heads. In short, they're unable to make a commercial gesture and the order arrives in 13 days instead of 2 to 4...

I found myself very bad . Very unprofessional . Ordered a surfboard on November 29 (they were giving me delivery within 1 week) we are on October 25 still has not arrived . I was told that the board was shipped on October 4 when instead it left on October 14 .. unprofessional .. moreover they did not even offer me a small refund for the mishap . I will definitely not order anything from them again and I will not recommend them to anyone .. hello to never again .!!
I bought some products in the first week of september. It was written that I had to wait 1 week for the shape of the products and then 4-5 days for the shipment. After 1 month I still haven't received anything. In addition I have been contacted as one of the product I ordered was not available in the color I picked. Not a big deal there, but far from perfect.
We are sorry for the delay we had building your pre shape. At the beginning of September we run out of foam, the raw material we use to build your pre shape. Those foam come from Australia, and with the Covid we have have experienced delay on the importation of the container.

The board is damaged I have sent a complaint
Fatal, it said three to 4 weeks, they made the board wrong, then they told me two weeks, it took 4 weeks, they told me they were going to send me a t-shirt, they didn't send anything. i got the board two months later, with the killas that i didn't ask for, fp of 2 and they gave me three.
The customer service was quite problematic. I placed an order that they confirmed that it was in stock via online chat and that it would take 24 hours to arrive, after making the payment they informed me via email that the product was not available. I had to contact the store again and indeed it was not in stock. In the end the product took a week and a half to arrive.As for the product, being a yow, very good quality.
The products that are delivered in 24 hours are those that indicate "in stock" on the web. In case of the surfskate model you bought, the web indicates "delivery 48/72 hours", because we have to order the skate from the distributor. Unfortunately due to the coronavirus this period was extended to a week and a half, and we apologize for them. As we explain when you make the order, one of the product was out of stock, and we need to order it from the supplier in UK. In May, Uk was blocked by the Coronavirus, and that ´s why it take us 18 days to ship your order, instead of the 4-5 days announced on the web.
We are really sorry for that, but please consider it was a really special situation,
