It is not clear on the website that you do not have stock for the product I bought 2. You did not give me the option to cancel the order even though I had to wait more than a week to receive it 3. You did not answer me through any of the channels through which I tried to contact you (WhatsApp and Maia).

As we explain when you make the order, one of the product was out of stock, and we need to order it from the supplier in UK. In May, Uk was blocked by the Coronavirus, and that ´s why it take us 18 days to ship your order, instead of the 4-5 days announced on the web.

There was no stock of what I ordered. It took 3-4 days for it to arrive at their premises and 24-48 hours for it to reach me. The fact is that it arrived 10 days after I ordered it. The service of Mundo-Surf via WhatsApp was fine, but the delivery of GSL was terrible. Regarding the product, no problems, as expected.

I had to call several times to try to find out where it was and they told me it would be delivered that same day, but it did not arrive.
