I found myself very bad . Very unprofessional . Ordered a surfboard on November 29 (they were giving me delivery within 1 week) we are on October 25 still has not arrived . I was told that the board was shipped on October 4 when instead it left on October 14 .. unprofessional .. moreover they did not even offer me a small refund for the mishap . I will definitely not order anything from them again and I will not recommend them to anyone .. hello to never again .!!
I bought some products in the first week of september. It was written that I had to wait 1 week for the shape of the products and then 4-5 days for the shipment. After 1 month I still haven't received anything. In addition I have been contacted as one of the product I ordered was not available in the color I picked. Not a big deal there, but far from perfect.
We are sorry for the delay we had building your pre shape. At the beginning of September we run out of foam, the raw material we use to build your pre shape. Those foam come from Australia, and with the Covid we have have experienced delay on the importation of the container.

The board is damaged I have sent a complaint
Fatal, it said three to 4 weeks, they made the board wrong, then they told me two weeks, it took 4 weeks, they told me they were going to send me a t-shirt, they didn't send anything. i got the board two months later, with the killas that i didn't ask for, fp of 2 and they gave me three.
The customer service was quite problematic. I placed an order that they confirmed that it was in stock via online chat and that it would take 24 hours to arrive, after making the payment they informed me via email that the product was not available. I had to contact the store again and indeed it was not in stock. In the end the product took a week and a half to arrive.As for the product, being a yow, very good quality.
The products that are delivered in 24 hours are those that indicate "in stock" on the web. In case of the surfskate model you bought, the web indicates "delivery 48/72 hours", because we have to order the skate from the distributor. Unfortunately due to the coronavirus this period was extended to a week and a half, and we apologize for them. It is not clear on the website that you do not have stock for the product I bought 2. You did not give me the option to cancel the order even though I had to wait more than a week to receive it 3. You did not answer me through any of the channels through which I tried to contact you (WhatsApp and Maia).

Regarding availability, when a product is in stock, we indicate "in stock" in green on the product page. As we explain when you make the order, one of the product was out of stock, and we need to order it from the supplier in UK. In May, Uk was blocked by the Coronavirus, and that ´s why it take us 18 days to ship your order, instead of the 4-5 days announced on the web.
We are really sorry for that, but please consider it was a really special situation,

There was no stock of what I ordered. It took 3-4 days for it to arrive at their premises and 24-48 hours for it to reach me. The fact is that it arrived 10 days after I ordered it. The service of Mundo-Surf via WhatsApp was fine, but the delivery of GSL was terrible. Regarding the product, no problems, as expected.
Order arrived 2 days later than expected
Receipt of parcel 7 days later, the product does not suit me and I have to return the product at my expense (refund on receipt of return).
The package arrived a week later so I could not deliver the gift on time. I had to call several times to try to find out where it was and they told me it would be delivered that same day, but it did not arrive. I would not buy from this site again, as what prompted me to buy there was the delivery time. For prices, there are better sites.
I did not receive the complete order because one item was missing... I sent them an email and today after 2 weeks I am still waiting for a reply....

Produit payé le 05/05/17. A la livraison erreur sur la commande pas le bon article. Nous sommes le 19/05 et toujours rien. Aucune information du service client pour savoir où est ma commande.
