They work very well, fast and easy to manage.

Buying transaction worked. however, the page is badly designed; besides the lack of a proper english version; like for example: I write this review while all text is in spanish and not even a button for an english version. Also, after I did the payment, the next page I arrived had some random text but no order confirmation, no order number, etc... which is pretty distressing as an online buyer

Since I placed the order on July 7th, it has not arrived yet.

When i received the parcel, the box was empty. I contacted mundo-surf and have been waiting for 3 weeks for feed-back from them. As a result i did not have my wetsuit for my holidays. When contacting mundo surf, I get no feed-back from them. Would not recommend to buy from them.

The order did not arrive until today. I have not received my money back. Unfortunately, I suspect that I have been cheated out of more than 120 euros. I am very sorry, as I made my purchase with a lot of confidence.

Easy to order and very fast delivery of the product.

Fatal treatment, non-conforming product, money not returned. A disaster of treatment by the commercial service (Ignacio). They have charged me 2 times for a neoprene and now I have to fight it with Consumo. A disgrace.

Very competitive prices, fast shipping, unfortunately the worst customer service I have ever seen online. Board arrived damaged, I reported the problem immediately but (useless) solution came after slow, exhausting and unprofessional chats. I finally asked for a refund. Beware that if you do not pay with paypal the shipping is at your expense. Tip: if there are problems the fastest solution is to change the product instead of sending replacement parts on new products.
