The product (neoprene) is of high quality, typical of Oneill. On the negative side, you are inundated with emails about the status of the order without necsity, in addition to arrive after 3/4 working days of having made the payment / order. I think 48 hours would be fine for a national shipment, from experience in other online surfshops like surfmarket.

Bad experience with a watch that's not workin'. They don't wanna make a change of product after 2 months. Simply doens't work. And they have a comunication that's seems a lawyer with a client. I teied a lot to male a change. But they said the price was down... so they sell this broken battery watch to you go to comunicate with the assistence of Rip curl. Boo!
