Shipment was extremely long while supposed to be 5 to 10 working days, it took me double the time to receive my board eventually...

Bad shipping

I ordered two bodyboards and they only sent me one, I ask for the second one and they tell me that they will send it to me and it is a lie and when I tell them that if they don't send it to me I don't want it, they lie to me again and say that they will send it to me and it will arrive the next day, I ask for the tracking number and they don't answer my messages to their wassap, I don't think these are the way to treat anyone.

The board did not fit the size I needed, I contacted you to see if I could exchange it after testing it and got no answer.

They do not meet the delivery times stated on their website and do not report the status of the order unless you write to them (they took more than 12 weeks on an order that would be in 4-6 weeks). In addition, the finish has some little defect (with the time they have taken to make it and deliver it they should have checked it). I won't exchange it or ask them to fix it because I'm afraid they will take 3 months to bring it to me again....

Taking into account that instead of 6 weeks, the order took 63 days, and that when I asked, they told me that tomorrow several times, well too bad, even more if you get a board of 429 euros without the reinforcement of edges that I had ordered, which I hope to solve on Monday when they open the store. Apart from that, not even a few stickers for the delays. Very bad the truth, and it is a pity because the boards are good and of quality. Anyway... I hope the problem with the edges will be solved as soon as possible by sending a grip, quad fins, or something similar. Or the return of the proportional part of the money plus the interest generated by paying for drought of course. Thanks
