Hi, 100% recommendable. I ordered a Ripcurl suitcase and upon arrival it was broken. I contacted Carlos from mundosurf and he was very kind to me. I ordered another suitcase because I needed it in 24 hours. The next day I had my new suitcase at home in perfect condition and the courier picked up the broken suitcase. A few days later, I received a full refund.
