Well, I've been waiting for about 4 months for the surfboard, I ordered it in October 2020 and I didn't receive it until February 2021.

My order has not been received. You told me that I would have it in 2 days. I ordered it on January 24. It has no been more than 2 weeks, and you still charged me 47.80 for shipping. I asked for my shipping charge to be returned, and you have ignored me.
