The customer service was quite problematic. I placed an order that they confirmed that it was in stock via online chat and that it would take 24 hours to arrive, after making the payment they informed me via email that the product was not available. I had to contact the store again and indeed it was not in stock. In the end the product took a week and a half to arrive.As for the product, being a yow, very good quality.

In case of the surfskate model you bought, the web indicates "delivery 48/72 hours", because we have to order the skate from the distributor.
