I bought a Zray X2 board, after waiting a week they tell me they have no stock, I request a refund, I had to contact them several times to get it back, after waiting two days for them to refund me, they have not reimbursed the total cost of the board. Very deficient service.

I am very happy. For beginner level, it is a stable board and inflates quickly (in a couple of minutes it is inflated).

I ordered a SUP board model online that they didn't have in stock at that time. The next day, they called me to inform me and tell me the approximate date it would arrive, giving me the option to wait or select another model. When the date they had given me was approaching, they told me again that it would be delayed and offered me another superior model at the same price.

I haven't been able to use it yet but the purchase, delivery, and content are perfect.

I haven't been able to try the air pump I bought yet but it looks very good and the price is great, the delivery was super fast, much better than Amazon knowing that I am helping a physical store.

Since the date of my order, they contacted me to personalize my choice and even the shipping method. Although there were delays due to the pandemic, I received the order and everything went well. I would only recommend better tracking when the indicated material reception dates pass to safeguard customers. They were 5 stars!

They should improve stock control, there are products that appear on the website as available and when you buy them, it turns out they are out of stock. I placed an order on June 11, they told me it would be ready by the end of that month, then mid-July, and so far nothing, they also don't answer the phone or respond to my emails. It is already paid, I hope it gets resolved, well and soon.

It is a very versatile board having a considerable size in a reduced space but it suffers from having marks when folded in half to roll up. It is necessary to use the empty side of the pump to leave the board almost empty to be able to fold it and fit it in the transport bag, which is quite tight. I find the paddle a bit short at 1.80m and only extends to 1.90m when other models reach about 2.10m. The board is very fast with good glide and easy to maneuver.

I don't have the board I ordered. They offered me another one that they said was much better, but seeing the characteristics, I think it is of inferior quality.

The delivery is "at street level" so the product has to be taken up to the floor. The delivery of the product is delayed by more than a month from the delivery time indicated on the website.

The guy who assisted me was super nice and gave me all the answers I needed. I will definitely buy again because of the service received.
