I was very happy to find a silver snake model ring, I received my jewelry and I am very disappointed because it is tiny!! You can barely see the snake because it is so small! And the ring itself is very very thin: too bad because it is pretty (the dimensions are not indicated on the site... :)

Package received very quickly and the jewelry is very pretty. Small suggestion for improvement: it took me 10 minutes to untangle the silver bracelet received in a pouch. Another packaging that keeps the bracelet from tangling would be welcome :)

Fortunately, I had taken a screenshot of my order because I received no confirmation email and the order arrived incomplete: 2 out of 5 items missing. I had to send an email (thanks to the screenshot for justification) and several follow-ups to receive them. No commercial gesture, even after my request. Disappointing. I will no longer order from Nerina because it’s too complicated. It’s a shame because the jewelry was nice.
