Necklace arrives all tangled Very difficult to give in this state
I ordered silver creoles and received gold plate. I contacted the site but no answer.
I ordered some creoles. The metal is already oxidized in the clasp and to close them it bent in no time. It's for a gift, I'm very disappointed with the quality.
I am happy with the rings which are very beautiful but the size does not fit, I would like to change it, I sent messages which remain unanswered.

Disappointed. Beautiful jewelry as shown in the photo. For an anniversary necklace plus bracelet. The clasp on the necklace is stuck. My sister had to go to a jeweler to have it repaired. Always complicated to return an item when it's a gift.

The packaging was far too light and fragile, resulting in a deformed bracelet. Fortunately, I was able to straighten it and give it as a gift.

Fast delivery but I was surprised when I unpacked to see the earrings in plastic and the little chain stuck in it.
Nothing to say about the jewel. Conforms to the order. However, I made a mistake with the delivery address when I had specified a delivery address and another billing address. Everything was sent to the same address. 😡. Which meant I had to send the jewel, which was a gift 🎁 back to the right address. My daughter had exactly the same problem after ordering a piece of jewelry from you. Why offer two addresses one for billing and one for shipping if you don't take them into account!
The delivery went well and on time. I was a little disappointed, however, with the way the jewels were made and presented in a pouch. I was expecting a certificate of authenticity for the gold plating...given that it was a gift, the person who received it regretted these points. Thank you for your help.

A nice surprise, I discovered this site by chance while looking for a specific piece of jewelry and I ordered...Easy order, delivery by recorded delivery (ordered on Saturday received on Tuesday), nice necklace but I have a doubt about the gold plating (no certificate of guarantee and small defect on the assembly of the necklace which I kept because I didn't have time to return it as it was a gift...) to be seen over time...I think I'll order a piece for myself to really get an idea of this site and its products 🙂 In any case, serious, fast and not too expensive!

Very pretty pair of earrings. Arrived 6 days after order. Tassel folded over creole because of poor protection of bubble envelope. Your jewels are splendid, the sending should be looked after.

Rather tiny jewels
Jewel slipped into a simple pouch, it would have been more qualitative if it was presented in a box. No indication of the guarantee or the material (when you give the jewel as a gift, it's better to have an explanatory card than to have to go to the site and see the price of the gift!) I find the zodiac necklace shinier gold on the site because when I received it I was disappointed to see it so bland! Too bad it's not worth the price I paid.
