Response from Nippon & co
Hello, the parcel was considered to have been delivered to your letterbox by the post office. After an appeal to the delivery service and lengthy email exchanges, you also informed me that another parcel had disappeared from your letterbox. There must therefore be a problem in your place of residence. To avoid this kind of problem, I've advised you to have your parcel delivered to a "point relais" or post office for your next order. Please understand that theft is not our responsibility. Best regards

Good knowledge of order tracking. But why send it to a relay depot instead of the home address given?

Response from Nippon & co
Hello, thank you for your feedback! On the other hand, maybe there's no need to be so aggressive... We recognized our mistake and offered to send you a return label so that we could send you the right item later. You refused because you had already installed the lamp. So it's not for lack of taking your request into consideration. Yours faithfully

Very fast delivery. Items (2 lamps with geisha lampshades) even better than on the site. Assembly in 5 minutes (for the clumsy). To sum up: extremely happy with this purchase. This is my 2nd purchase from Nippon & Co and the quality of the products and service are perfect.
