Absolutely top-notch! Unlike other stores of this kind, the provenance is indicated on the site. No risk of buying a ramen bowl sent from China. High-quality porcelain and cast-iron made in Japan. And the after-sales service is responsive. I had a breakage problem that was quickly resolved. In short, a trustworthy site, with real products from Japan, which I'll be recommending.

Loyal Nippon & Co customer...this delivery was a disaster. Parcel stuck on the Post Office sorting platform. Customer service contacted by e-mail but no answer. I needed an advisor to answer all my justified questions. By sheer magic, the Post Office found the parcel, which supposedly had to be reinforced...parcel arrived after a 15-day wait instead of 2 to 3 days (colissimo).

I never contacted customer service, so I can't evaluate it. Disappointed by the order, not really identical to the photo on the website. I returned the items which cost me about 6 which will not be refunded.
