Customer reviews of Nos Meilleures Courses

fast shipment, products well arranged and cuddled + lots of surprises (little gifts to discover the products)

Hello
I am delighted to have placed an order on your site, everything was perfect, and especially your
Kindness on the phone, thank you again.

Super fast delivery, everything inside, nothing to complain about.

Fast and complete order. Just the damaged box and the broken chocolate bars due to transport but otherwise perfect.

Very fast, compliant products, nice messages.
Very good.

ok......................................................

Excellent service, fast online purchasing, clear presentation of products on the site, fast delivery.

perfect package, quick delivery

fully compliant

Very good.
The only downside is the replacement of the missing product with a credit note ... which I'm afraid I won't use in time because I only make about one (large) order a year.

Comment from nosmeilleurescourses.fr:
Hello, thank you for your message. Don't worry about the voucher, it remains valid even beyond a year, in fact until you use it.
Sincerely,
Virginie

No problem at all

Interesting catalog, fast and accurate shipping

Efficient and warm welcome; we tasted some good products on the spot as we were bringing books to resell :-)

I was very impressed by the quality of the teamwork, Stéphane delegating perfectly while answering the phone when he felt his intervention as boss was necessary.

The school director that I was at the end of my career in the Education Nationale knows what she is talking about.

Great choice of products, very pleasant, great variety.

Whole grain basmati rice is missing.

Very high quality products.

service completely in line with my expectations, products, quality, deadline, thank you.

I am very disappointed by the delivery, in addition to the fact that the deadlines were not met (2 days late), the main package was not delivered, I had a notice to pick it up at the post office when someone was home all day and in addition we have a janitor who takes packages (which happened for the other package), so I lugged the 500m from the post office with this package that weighed quite heavy. If there isn't a firm commitment to time and delivery I wouldn't recommend

Comment from nosmeilleurescourses.fr:
Hello, thank you for your message. Your parcel has indeed been delivered late for several reasons:
- Every day, La Poste collects our parcels at 4pm, so orders placed after 4pm can only be processed the next day.
- Regarding the delivery notice, we will pass on the information so that the letter carrier can ring at customers' homes to make sure they are present.
- Lastly, our system for calculating delivery times did not take into account weekends, and in particular Sundays when the Post Office does not operate (something we will also correct).

Please accept our apologies for the complications this has caused.
We hope to see you back on our site very soon for an order that I hope will generate far fewer complications.

Yours sincerely,

Julien

Fast and good customer service

Conforming goods delivered as expected. Excellent choice. Only one problem: impossible to pay with MasterCard, the site does not react to this choice of payment method.

The deliveries of eco-responsible products from "nos meilleurs courses" meet my expectations perfectly, both in terms of the originality of the products offered and the punctuality of the deliveries.

I recommend it to my friends!

Perfect, order very well packaged, delivered very quickly and the little thank you note on the invoice is a nice little extra :-)

Fast delivery as ordered. A good site

Very fast shipping and receipt of order, well packaged products.

Ease of orientation on the site for orders, originality for the surprise gift. Secure parcel tracking and on-time delivery.

impeccable delivery, product conforms and mystery gift (thanks to a promo code) super nice!
I recommend this site!

The order has not been delivered, contrary to what NosMeilleuresCourses.fr has indicated

There has probably been an error, theft or malpractice in the delivery chain involving Colissimo.

For the moment, we have paid and have received nothing contrary to what NosMeilleuresCourses. fr has indicated.en

Comment from nosmeilleurescourses.fr:
After investigation, the delivery address was incomplete, the package was finally delivered the next day.
Our apologies.
