I am very disappointed by the delivery, in addition to the fact that the deadlines were not met (2 days late), the main package was not delivered, I had a notice to pick it up at the post office when someone was home all day and in addition we have a janitor who takes packages (which happened for the other package), so I lugged the 500m from the post office with this package that weighed quite heavy.
