As for my threats to sue you, they follow your refusal to resolve the problem and propose a solution. Your astonishment surprises me because it was you who invited me to do what was necessary on my side....., don't give me any double talk, it does you no credit at all. Since my last call I've had no news from you, yet another proof of your involvement.....! You don't want to assume your responsibility as an online business, which obliges you to ensure that customers receive their orders correctly. This is a blatant lack of professionalism and proof of your total lack of concern for customer satisfaction....! You don't care about your customers, don't care about them once the orders have been placed and paid for, and you're surprised that customers take matters into their own hands and do what's necessary to assert their rights, but also to write negative comments....!!??
