Fine, but made in China

I received broken pearls. I went back to orinko who doesn't answer.

Of the 3, one was completely broken and another a little broken.

Hello, I ordered 2 charcoal kits from France, and in one of the kits, a charcoal was broken, unusable. Also, the coals don't stay at the bottom of the carafe, they rise up and it's not practical to close the carafe.

The carafe is beautiful and efficient, but the pourer isn't great because there are no air inlets, so the water flows very slowly.

The pieces of coal are very small (much smaller than on the picture). The water is cloudy. And, the ceramic beads do not remove the scale. I went back to the good old commercial carafe.

I was disappointed and surprised by the product. The 3 charcoal sticks are so light that they do not submerge in water. I had never had wood so light and fine. The water keeps its taste, it is attenuated but one always feels it. I followed the recommendations. Disappointed because the price and the fdp are important.

The rubber seal of the stainless steel filter prevents water from flowing out and only allows a small amount of water to pass through!

I suggest you write a summary such as Product Name, Number in Container, size of coals and especially the number of liters filterable per coal, under the product picture. I tear my hair out every time to know how many coals and of what size, how many boxes, I have to buy for my 8 liter bottles. I spend at least an hour re-reading everything each time. That said, it's always you guys that I come back to. Because you are the best! Thank you so much. Eve.

I ordered bamboo activated charcoal and it is not very strong, almost 60% of it crumbled in 2 weeks, but in the end it is my responsibility because I should have bought what I usually use. solid Bishotan charcoal

the products were sent in a bubble envelope, one of the sticks arrived completely crumbled, therefore unusable because otherwise obliged to filter the particles of coal each time it is left "immersed". Too bad, a more solid package is needed.

The water tastes like tap water and yet I took the grey and pink beads. Maybe I should take activated carbon in addition to the pearls. For the moment I don't drink the water directly but I use it to make herbal teas or to cook.

The charcoal sticks I ordered float in the carafe even after 1 night of soaking and 2 water changes. I had to boil them for 10', to try to change their density, and they broke. I miss the Japanese binchotan; not happy with these purifying activated carbons.
