Hello, I received the decanter but I haven't started it up yet!

Fast shipping. I ordered charcoal and ceramic beads for tap water treatment. I'm very happy with the results: the water tastes better and is much less hard. I recommend these products.

I still have one question: how can I tell exactly when the charcoal is "worn out", how can I determine when it has lost its full filtration-purification capacity? Charcoal particles remain at the bottom of the carafe It's unpleasant and can be dangerous I sent an email to report it but no reply from you Shame!

Disappointed the activated charcoal sticks are very very small. I can't use the sticks for my teeth because I've had allergies, so I wouldn't recommend you.

Very nice decanter, the water is good, but there's still some limescale. I used to be a Brita fan, but this one was more efficient in this respect.
