The package contains only 4 out of the 5 ordered and indicated on the package

I still haven't received my order from August 8th and today is the 21st. I have no non-premium phone number from you to discuss this, I will have to cancel my order to do it legally, I only have 14 days. I am desperate about this item that I was looking forward to so much.

Advertisement not in line with reality. The products received were broken and I had to pay for the return. I do not recommend this brand

Unfortunately, quality is sacrificed for profitability. I bought bamboo charcoal for €44 thinking it would last for 6 months of filtration, and after 2 weeks, all the charcoals are broken into small unusable pieces. I am forced to place a new order. But this time, I will be more vigilant and look for real compact charcoals and not hollow sticks.

The nauseating smell is way too strong for my taste, but while testing I feel that my teeth are smooth, I think it works well, but for me it's way too strong.

Sticks too thin arrived broken. Will not order again.

1st parcel of coals arrived in crumbs. Second for exchange: the coals don't match the size of what I paid for.

Hello On further research, I realized that you make your own binchotan, so it has nothing to do with those from Japan. What's more, the manufacturing processes are done with chemicals, so they're not good for your health. I'm sorry to tell you all this. Moreover, if your products really came from Japan, there would be a yellow label on each packet. Best regards F.Dubois

Out of 5 bamboo binchotans, 3 arrived broken, one of which was unusable.

Disappointed the activated charcoal sticks are very very small. I can't use the sticks for my teeth because I've had allergies, so I wouldn't recommend you.

I have sent you an email. My order was delivered to my mailbox and was damaged.

Hello I can't use the carafe and the charcoal because the charcoal doesn't fit in the filter...

The tube has two small dents and the charcoal is much smaller than in the photo. I have to buy new ones. The water still tastes of chlorine.

The parcel did not arrive on time. It said 24 to 48 hours. It arrived 2 days later but I had to leave to take the product to my son in Guyana... I missed it! Too bad

There is no yellow sticker on the package that proves its authenticity

The pieces of coal are very small (much smaller than on the picture). The water is cloudy. And, the ceramic beads do not remove the scale. I went back to the good old commercial carafe.

I was disappointed and surprised by the product. The 3 charcoal sticks are so light that they do not submerge in water. I had never had wood so light and fine. The water keeps its taste, it is attenuated but one always feels it. I followed the recommendations. Disappointed because the price and the fdp are important.

The rubber seal of the stainless steel filter prevents water from flowing out and only allows a small amount of water to pass through!

The products were sent in a bubble envelope, one of the sticks arrived completely crumbled, therefore unusable because otherwise obliged to filter the particles of coal each time it is left "immersed". Too bad, a more solid package is needed.

Not complete, 4 beads are missing

The pieces are not the same size both in length and in diameter which makes it difficult to fit into a bottle even with a wide neck!

Works effectively on limescale but gives the water a white color, instead of having limescale patches the size is decreased. I don't think it's good to drink limescale particles with every tea.

There are only 29 beads and not 30 in the package ...
