I'm always pleased with the quality of Binchotan sticks. However, delivery by Colissimo is a real disaster! Why not offer delivery in a point relais? That would be much faster and more reliable than Colissimo.

I ordered a 1.7 liter carafe with filter and binchotan carbon. Order received quickly and in good condition. I already knew about binchotan carbon, but the filter is a real plus. No more bits of carbon in the water. Now I'm happy to be able to drink tap water. No more plastic water bottles and, as a bonus, a few savings and less pollution. I highly recommend

Nice decanter, practical for storing charcoal and ceramic granules. On the other hand, its narrow neck doesn't make cleaning very easy, and I wonder if the stopper prevents the chlorine from evaporating?
