The ceramics work very well. The water here is very hard, so we needed them. The pitcher doesn't scale. My son drinks the filtered water with me. I will recommend it as a gift to my family!

The Siwak stick is a great complement to classic toothbrush brushing. I use it especially after lunch when I'm working. It's a little difficult to reach the inside of the incisors, but with a little dexterity it works! A 6-stick pack would save on plastic. Highly recommend.

The carafe and its accessories arrived well packaged. I don't yet have enough experience of the new quality of my tap water but I think it's a good buy, easy to use and I believe in it.

Received very quickly good product the water coming out of the tap smells of chlorine but after passing through the Kishu binchotan the smell has disappeared
