Charcoal particles remain at the bottom of the carafe It's unpleasant and can be dangerous I sent an email to report it but no reply from you Shame!
Disappointed the activated charcoal sticks are very very small. I can't use the sticks for my teeth because I've had allergies, so I wouldn't recommend you.
Very nice decanter, the water is good, but there's still some limescale. I used to be a Brita fan, but this one was more efficient in this respect.
