The carafe and its accessories arrived well packaged. I don't yet have enough experience of the new quality of my tap water but I think it's a good buy, easy to use and I believe in it.

Tap water that's "drinkable" again, free of nitrite and heavy metals and with no unpleasant taste, no more plastic bottled water releasing thousands of harmful nano particles that we suspect are hazardous to our health. Thank you Orinko for this salutary charcoal.

Product as described. The water is very pleasant to drink, I use it for cold drinks and coffee maker, kettle, no limescale deposits.

Received very quickly good product the water coming out of the tap smells of chlorine but after passing through the Kishu binchotan the smell has disappeared

I found Binchotan charcoal there and I'm delighted to finally be drinking water that tastes good and has been cleaned of almost everything that pollutes it - what a luxury these days!

A bamboo charcoal arrived broken in the packaging which was not faulty. I notified after-sales service of this problem. They offered me a 7 euro discount on my next purchase, valid until 31/12/2024, which I accepted. This proves that Orinko's after-sales service is serious and reliable.

Very good filtered water, I recommend

I like orinko charcoals but i was disappointed by the size which is half of what i thought from the pictures on the website.

An elegant carafe for its aesthetics and the easy water filtration process. In addition to the charcoal, on a future purchase I'd also try the clay beads, especially as the tap water in my house is very hard. If I get the chance, I can definitely recommend this way of filtering tap water.
