I really appreciated that there was no plastic in the packaging (nor in the package). My order was perfect and arrived on time. I am very satisfied.

I am very happy with my binchotan coals, my water tastes great because of their use. Combined with the ceramic beads, they are perfect. I called the Customer Service, an item was missing in my order. It was sent back to me very quickly, thank you Orinko 😊

I have been using activated carbons for 2 weeks now, the taste of the water is a little better but it is difficult for me to judge its efficiency on pesticides, drugs and other undesirable molecules... Only an analysis before and after using the charcoal could reassure me! My only consolation is not to use plastic bottles anymore.
