I was disappointed and surprised by the product. The 3 charcoal sticks are so light that they do not submerge in water. I had never had wood so light and fine. The water keeps its taste, it is attenuated but one always feels it. I followed the recommendations. Disappointed because the price and the fdp are important.

We can therefore consider that it is a real Binchotan without having the certainty (no authentication)

Unclear sending data and subject to qui-proquo: No notification of sending by sent by ORINKO, but receipt of an e-mail message sent by ESLAB whose e-mail address and company name displayed is DOCK AVENUE. This seems strange and makes one suspicious! Since neither "ESLAB" nor "DOCK AVENUE" refer to ORINKO in this e-mail, the message seems to be a fraudulent e-mail. We therefore avoid clicking on the link sending to the tracking of the package. There are so many risks (phishing; ransomware; identity theft...) Please note that the supplier is not ORINKO, but ESLAB and that the shipment is done by DOCK AVENUE who chooses the carrier. In other words, ORINKO should at least display the names of ESLAB and DOCK AVENUE on its site or "clearly" mention them at the time of the order. For the rest, nice site.
