Fast delivery and very good products

The pieces of coal are very small (much smaller than on the picture). The water is cloudy. And, the ceramic beads do not remove the scale. I went back to the good old commercial carafe.

I got the taste of spring water again...flowing from my tap!!! Excellent 👍

Just a little disappointed one of the charcoal arrived in pieces

In fact, you order 5 and you receive 6. It's great! Otherwise I like very much this system of brushing of teeth; that takes more time (for me which does not brush me the teeth in 3 minutes but in 30 seconds) but it is very effective. There is a handholding to be done but at the reception of the order, an internet link is given to facilitate this handholding.

Disappointed with the product the tap water is still bad the treatment of my order was excellent

I was disappointed and surprised by the product. The 3 charcoal sticks are so light that they do not submerge in water. I had never had wood so light and fine. The water keeps its taste, it is attenuated but one always feels it. I followed the recommendations. Disappointed because the price and the fdp are important.
