Product conforms to the description, easy to assemble and use. Paper manual and tutorial received by email. Tools provided. Orinko offers quality and responsive follow-up and support. Recommended by a friend, I recommend the Orinko fountain.

The binchotan charcoal seems to do the job, however, it is quite cumbersome to use. Drying the charcoal between uses and filtration duration of 4 to 8 hours. For me, it's 8 hours for optimal filtration and that is very cumbersome.
