They are very small compared to other brands but otherwise the principle is the same: basically, to retain heavy metals + certain aromatic molecules (to remove an unpleasant taste). You must already have purified your water from a bacteriological point of view (with different techniques, chemical or thermal or by gravity filters, unless the latter already contains activated carbon in its filter) Despite their size, each one can last several months.

After trying several brands, I think that this one is the most efficient, it's the only one where the sticks stay intact. the downside is that no stick has the same size, so be careful to avoid the bottlenecks

First of all, you should know that I'm for zero waste and ecological ideas, now you should know that when I opened the package I thought: "look, these chew bones are funny! "Then I realized that there were 6 of them instead of the advertised 5, great! I tasted it, I found it ... In the end, it won't replace my toothbrush and my ecological toothpaste, but I use it as a supplement for lunch or when I nibble almonds between meals and I have a lot of teeth! I think it's not bad!

The set includes 5 sticks of Siwak root and a plastic case in which there is another protected stick. The Siwak root is quite surprising and it offers a good cleaning at the rate of 5 cleanings per day, according to the meals by scraping the teeth with the fiber or simply by chewing it. It is natural, there are very few sensitive people and the sap has antiseptic and antibacterial properties. You just have to be careful with your gums. It is not very good in taste but nothing very bad. I like the fact that we have a case, it allows to leave one in the car to help. On the other hand, some of the pieces are too big to go inside. The plastic protects them from drying out.the only thing missing here is a little explanation on how to use it properly.in fact you scratch the end or chew it and the fibers separate. It's a soft wood and you brush your teeth with it but not like with a toothbrush. You don't need water or toothpaste. For camping, especially wild camping, it is great.

These sivak sticks are totally pure and come vacuum packed, there is a small carrying case very useful to carry them everywhere. The use is very simple and everything is indicated on the package. In the end we have a great toothbrush 100% natural.

Perfect, it is for me the best way to remove the dental plaque! Admittedly, it is not the most practical to use, especially on the inside of the front teeth... But the effectiveness is there!

I already have the non-concentrated bamboo n sticks like the ones I just bought ...hoping they are less fragile ...otherwise great for water quality ....better than the clay beads that despite rigorous maintenance end up smelling bad and making the water undrinkable.

With a batch of 5 one has some for all the family and for some times of use.I expected rigid sticks and I find myself with some kinds of flexible pieces of beige color like nerves of ox!Certainly the comparison is bizarre for rather vegetable and natural products but they do not resemble wood.One prepares the stick by making notches with approximately 1 or 2 cm of an end, to peel a little with the knife to make like a brush.One soaks it in water so that it remains soft, from where the container like a large pen to preserve it flexible.It is necessary to chew the stick and it is not very good with the taste! I preferred the licorice sticks of my childhood.then as with a toothbrush we clean from top to bottom and we rinse the Siwak.Personally, I put a drop of essential oil of peppermint in the tube to impregnate a little and cover the taste not top! The teeth seem clean and I hope to have the courage to persevere for the beneficial disinfectant side.

Lot of 5 siwak sticks, as you can buy them elsewhere. The size and thickness of the sticks is quite uniform even if there are some differences (which shows the natural side too).each stick is vacuum packed separately. The box is practical even if I am rather disappointed. It is made of plastic. I would have liked something more refined. Less big, in stainless steel or silicone at the limit. The price is correct but would have been perfect with a better quality box.

To finish with bottled water, this simple gesture which consists in purifying water thanks to activated charcoal is made possible and really practical in everyday life thanks to this kit of 5 organic activated charcoals from Japan.why 5? and well in order to be able to set up a rotation because the purification is not instantaneous (ideally half a day approximately, at least)So, after boiling the charcoals for 10 minutes in water to activate them, you just have to put one in a carafe and let it act for a few hours to get fresh water free of all the junk (heavy metals and chemical residues).Personally, I make several carafes at once, and quickly set up a rotation which allows to always have a full carafe at disposal.after 3 to 6 months, according to the frequency of use and the quality of the water to be filtered, it will be necessary to reactivate the carbon by making it boil again.a good habit to be taken thus, and a simple gesture in favour of the planet?

The box contains 5 charcoals, of equal length/diameter. No dust or small pieces in the cardboard box. It is very easy to use, you just have to put a coal to boil in water for 10 minutes before the first use. I find that the tap water has indeed a more neutral and pleasant taste when we drink it.the only disadvantage, it is necessary to have 2 carafes to always make a rotation. But at least, we drink tap water with pleasure and we stopped buying bottles!
