Excellent, fast

Very good and fast

The water tastes like tap water and yet I took the grey and pink beads. Maybe I should take activated carbon in addition to the pearls. For the moment I don't drink the water directly but I use it to make herbal teas or to cook.

Nothing to complain about....

I hadn't seen the size of the coals. For the price I thought I was getting a deal. In fact I have 6 that are the size of 3. In the end it's not worth it. I don't recommend it.

Fast delivery Items conform and well packaged I am happy with my order

I don't have a comparison since it's the first time I buy this kind of product. But I am very happy with it. I use it every morning. Concerning the delivery it was very fast. In short I am satisfied ☺️

Everything went well. I received my products in good condition. The bamboo activated carbon is of a good diameter. You need a container with a large opening, at least like a water carafe. In a bottle, it doesn't fit: in this case, prefer thin sticks. So, I use a large jar and pour the purified water in a carafe or in my kettle as I need it.

Fast delivery and functional products

The charcoal sticks I ordered float in the carafe even after 1 night of soaking and 2 water changes. I had to boil them for 10', to try to change their density, and they broke. I miss the Japanese binchotan; not happy with these purifying activated carbons.

Very satisfied with my order and its use

Very fast delivery. Well packaged, remains to be tested in the long run if effective and will replace the use of plastic bottles. From the beginning, I noticed a softened water compared to hard tap water.

I ordered charcoal made in France to filter water instead of taking a product made in Japan. I reported a defect on delivery (3 sticks out of 6 arrived broken) they immediately sent me back another batch. Bravo for listening to me and for focusing on customer satisfaction.
