Very serious, always someone to answer m'ait!

A disappointing first delivery as the coals were broken. I sent an e-mail to point this out. I was offered an alternative, while respecting my choice, and they took care to return the coals, taking care of the packaging. Thank you for your responsiveness.

Perfect!

We are satisfied with the fountain. Fast filtration, capacity adapted to our family. Only small negative point: the tap leaks a little. You have to leave a container underneath.

The products are of the expected quality. The only downside: each siwak stick comes in vacuum-packed plastic, which is not environmentally friendly.

The only (minor) downside was that one of the three pieces of charcoal broke in two during the sterilization process in the boiling water.
