My water has a purer taste. I thought it would be expensive, but in the end, I have enough to last 8 months with these 5 sticks, so it's great! You receive a user's guide and explanations by email once you order the product. It is very nice.

I use it every day as the tap water is dirty and very, very hard. I like its active effects (I used to use a Brita decanter). The only drawback is that some of the sticks are big and don't fit in glass bottles (I had to buy a decanter).

Our water is very chlorinated, so with the bamboo it works very well but you have to let it rest for 4 hours, I did the test with 2 and 3 hours and you still don't have the taste of chlorine, between 4 and 5 it goes away! I've only been using it for 2 weeks, discovered at a friend's house, I'm very satisfied with the principle, without chemicals and the e-book is very descriptive, it's just a little organization to always have clean water, you need two carafes, it's simpler!

Hello, we have been using these coals to filter our water for several days now and even if I must admit that at the beginning the fact of having to take it in advance to let the water rest for 4 hours (approximately) then to think of taking out the carbon afterwards so that the water does not take a bad taste was constraining. But in the end, it works very well, it's just a habit to get used to. Otherwise, the product does its job well, the water doesn't have any taste at all (where there could be some with the filtering carafes), and what made us choose this product is precisely for its ecological side, namely that everything is compostable and/or recyclable (no plastic packaging)
